Rotunda is the default location for Civil Ceremonies and this location is included in your marriage fee at no additional cost. It is also a beautiful place for posed pictures of the bride and groom. The 4th Floor North Gallery and Mayors Balcony are both beautiful photograph spots, but you can also rent them our for your ceremony. They are both available for a $1,000 fee and you receive 1 hour of reserved time for this cost. Once your ceremony is complete, you have the rest of this reserved time to take some amazing pictures. The Grand Staircase is obviously the most popular place for San Francisco city hall wedding photographers to take their couples for pictures.
